The RHS Flourish Fund

With grants of up to £15,000 available, the Flourish Fund is part of The RHS's commitment to promote diversity and inclusion in horticulture – helping more people to realise the power of plants

What is the Flourish Fund?

We want to inspire everyone to grow, and the RHS Flourish Fund is part of our pledge to attract and support a wider range of people to connect with horticulture. A commitment of £150,000, consisting of grants up to £15,000, the Fund aims to support organisations across the UK that are helping people acquire horticultural skills.

Who can apply for the Flourish Fund?
If your organisation, including those in the voluntary, community or social enterprise sector, has horticulture at its heart and offers quality horticultural training, then the Flourish Fund could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

We would particularly welcome applications from organisations that are currently helping to, or would like to, improve diversity and social inclusion within horticulture and that can demonstrate how the skills and training they offer can create onward opportunities for work experience, further training and employment.

Please note: organisations awarded a grant will be required to agree to the RHS Flourish Fund terms and conditions (500kB pdf).

If you have any questions about applying or whether your organisation is eligible for consideration, please send an email.
